My player has now had it's second incidence of "no disc" error: put a disk - any disc - in and it displays "no disc" on the front panel display. (it would still play digital files from a thumb drive.). Just purchased a oppo 980 for 480i over hdmi to my scaler.. problem is it does not recognize 9/10 discs i throw in.. it givest he error code: no disc. Client's bdp-103 simply does not recognize a disc. or, at least, the three discs we inserted. they load, they eject, that's all. it was installed by magnolia two years ago and i had not seen the installation before..
